The GMP uplift program is delivering formal best practice hybrid manufacturing training focusing on Medical, Bio & Pharma technology. This program is managed by a consortium headed by ARCS Australia and CBE (Centre for Biopharmaceutical Excellence). The program is part of MTPConnect's $32 million Research Exchange and Development within Industry (REDI) funded by the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF). This consortia is tasked with supporting the sector and its skilled labour, improving sovereign risk and local supply channel capabilities.
The program includes "Essential" and "Advanced" modules and an ongoing community for cohorts to share and refine their knowledge.
With a high use of blended assets the program also supports live onsite sessions nationally within biomedical manufacturing facilities and subsequent forums and searchable notes.
The solution is unique in it's customised ecommerce and participation workflows based on national or international locations and eligibility criteria. Self managed reporting and completion data is vital for local administrators supporting 100s of completions and 1000's of hours of content distribution.
Trust and security is paramount around formal and informal assessment results, learning content IP control, tracking, reporting and analytics for a wide group of stakeholders.
